The Balmalcolm site operations include Brassicas, salads and prepared vegetables and is also the centre for the administrative function. The Orkie site incorporates all root washing, grading and packing.

Carrâs Flour Mills is a thriving 21st century business dating back 180 years ago. Today they process approximately 300,000 tonnes of wheat a year at Silloth, Maldon and Kirkcaldy.
They source wheat from both home and abroad, and have invested heavily in the latest milling technology. They supply everyone from home and independent bakers to retail multiples and major food retailers.
In 2013 Carr’s opened a new mill in Kirkcaldy and are a good company to keep in mind if you’re looking for forklift jobs.
